Barbara really wanted a full makeover as she has hated her upper smile for years. The patient had a narrow smile and her upper left teeth were more tucked back than her upper right. Barbara also had an old crown and is conscious of its dark margin. The patient would love a whiter smile but a natural appearance and also wanted to improve a crowded lower arch.
Barbara received a treatment plan that included perio treatment to improve overall gum health as well as a course of whitening and finished with some veneers.
This patient was unhappy with the overall appearance of her smile so chose a treatment plan that was very comprehensive and addressed all concerns. Treatment includes gum health treatments and periodontal therapy.
